ABOUT US 

The project initiators Paul & Csilla live in the village of Hács since 2000 together with several lovely dogs. They operate an intensive organic garden that produces an abundance all year round and are fully self-sufficient in vegetables & fruits.

Both have 25 years of experience in Hungarian real estate; buying existing houses for renovation and building new houses in Hács and surrounding villages for mainly Dutch and German clients. 

Both have extensive experience in setting-up and operating a 60-beds facility for German speaking elderly at Lake Balaton.

Paul is a Belgian healthcare entrepreneur and biologist. Csilla is a licensed real estate agent.

SERVICES FOR RESIDENTS IN NEED OF CARE OR ASSISTANCE

We offer, in case residents are in need of medical/nursing care or just need a help in the house or garden, our assistance in mediating the right person(s) like certificated nurse, social help, house assistance, gardener, ... . This service is not-for-profit; the resident makes a direct arrangement with the caretaker.
