Clean food is important in order to enjoy a healthy life; organic food that has been grown the natural way without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides & herbicides.

The Naturdorf residents have the opportunity to buy seasonal vegetables and fruits from paul's large organic garden. Residents have also the possibility setting-up their own professional garden with our assistance.

All vegetables and fruits are beeing grown exclusively in high quality home-made compost, the key of successful gardening. The compost is produced using local, non-contaminated grasses and leaves, no animal manures are being used (vegan compost)... it doesn't get healthier than this.

Organic gardening is labour intensive and time consuming but it's important and so much fun knowing that the food you eat every day is 100% clean.
